  Meet with the Bride four weeks prior to the wedding day.

• Create Bride's wedding day schedule
• Review signed wedding vendors' contracts with the Bride
• Create a wedding ceremony and reception itinerary for the Bride and wedding vendors
• Contact wedding vencors the Bride has contracted, to review details for wedding
• Arrive at least two hours prior to ceremony and remain for reception function
• Distribute payments for balances to wedding vendors

• Attend to last minute details of the wedding party
• Assist in developing and achieving your wedding expectations
• Coordinate and construct your timeline itinerary
• Assist in coordinating the actual wedding, i.e., make sure all flowers and other wedding items are done in timely manner
• Assist with the reception events, i.e, cake cutting, toast, garter toss, etc.

  Includes the Wedding Day Package and:

• Attend the rehearsal to assist in the coordinating
• Assist with rehearsal dinner vendors and arrangements

• Discuss wedding expectations
• Discuss wedding budget
• Discuss professional wedding vendors required for wedding

• Assist Bride in the selection of wedding stationery and invitations
• Provide a list of businesses with bridal registries
• Preliminary phone calls to wedding vendors to verify date availability
• Set up appointments with Wedding Vendors
• Assist in finding the best Ceremony and Reception Site
• Provide Bride with a list of all wedding vendors selected

• Discuss Hotel accommodations for out-of-town guests and reserve block
• Discuss favors for reception and provide suggestions
• Discuss ceremony programs and other wedding accessories and rentals
• Attend and supervise Rehearsal
• Attend and Direct Ceremony (Arrive 1-2 hour prior)
• Attend and Direct Reception
• Meet vendors at site to confirm responsibilities and coordinate and direct event
